Loretta Siani in "The Frank Sinatra & Judy Garland Songbooks"
Loretta Sinai returns to the Arthur Newman Theatre following her successful Judy Garland tribute there last season with a new show and the addition of songs sung by Frank Sinatra. Ms. Siani, who has been singing since she was a teenager, uses her rich contralto voice and heart-felt, charismatic delivery to make her performances inspirational and genuine. Loretta will be combining familiar songs recorded by both Frank and Judy into a two-part concert with some history and facts about the stars in her own story-telling way, which shes known for by her many fans. Loretta, whos recorded a CD of inspirational songs entitled I Believe, is an author and a motivational speaker, and often invited to sing the National Anthem at sporting and civic events. Her pianist for this show will be Wayne Abravanel, whos both a performer and musical director that is always in demand around in the Desert.
