Blessed Sacrament Schola Cantorum, Sackbut Ensemble and Baroque Orchestra
5:30PM: Mass for the Feast of the Presentation beginning with a CandlelitProcession and Blessing of Candles.
Music by Arcadelt, Hassler and Tallis performed by the Schola Cantorum and Sackbut Ensemble.
6:30PM: Reception in Parish Hall with "pre-concert" lecture by one of our Dominicans
7:30PM: "Candlemas Concert" in the Church featuringmusical masterpieces written for the Feast of the Presentation includingJ. S. Bach's Cantata BWV 82 Ich Habe Genug as well as works by Biber, Charpentier, Palestrina, Tallis & Telemann.
