The Bank Theatre Proudly Presents UNDER THE MISTLETOE
featuring Mary & Richard and special guests Crissi Cochrane & Soul Brother Mike on Friday, December 15 and Saturday, December 16th at 7:30 pm. The concert will be held offsite at 'Knox Hall', Knox Presbyterian Church, 58 Erie St. S., Leamington.

Music programming chair John Moran is ecstatic to bring these two couples in for two nights. "We've seen both of these couples in action at area venues and heard them on the radio. Both couples are known for sold out shows, beautiful harmonies, and an enjoyable evening."

The concert showcases local favourites, Mary & Richard, who will share a sampling of well-loved Christmas songs from the Great American Songbook. Mary Newland and Richard Baker have worked together in the music industry for more than 3 decades. Having recorded and performed with known acts like the Beach Boys, Saga, Charo, Beth Hart, Gino Vannelli, Gary Wright and Santana individually and collectively they have enjoyed a varied and interesting professional career, which also includes Film and Television.

Having returned to Canada after many years, performing in the vicinity as a duo and their latest undertaking "Mary Newland and The Blue Bayou Band" in a tribute to Linda Ronstadt, they have seen a great and growing response.

Their passion for the Great American Songbook and the standard classics from the era of Sinatra and Bennett is well represented in their offering as a duo.

Opening the evening are Windsor based favourites Crissi Cochrane and Soul Brother Mike. Crissi Cochrane combines the heart of an East Coast singer-songwriter with the soul of Windsor/Detroit. Silky vocals reminiscent of Billie Holiday and Norah Jones glow atop the purr of her Fender Jaguar electric guitar. Originally from Nova Scotia but today a proud Windsorite, Crissi made waves with her 2014 album "Little Sway" and has received more than 11 million listens on Spotify.

Soul Brother Mike has performed no less than a thousand shows across Canada, the US, and the UK as the frontman-songwriter of indie pop band Michou and the bassist-songwriter of soul rock all-stars The Walkervilles. With over a decade of experience performing and crafting intelligent, compelling songs, bringing joy to audiences across the world, he has embarked on his solo career, continuing to redefine Canadian soul with his latest album "Learn To Vibe."

Doors open at 7:00 pm and the concert begins at 7:30 pm
