Harpsichordist Carsten Schmidt and music historian Jason Stell discuss the history of the Fantasia genre/style in this lecture-recital.  The talk is presented in conjunction with Schmidt's on-going Bach Project, which offers all of Bach's keyboard works in solo harpsichord recitals.
