The Trio project with the Red-Headed Strangers

"The Trio Project is an acoustic group focused around the three part harmony vocals of Irene Allen Sullivan, Maureen Sullivan and Jen Roques. Irene formed the group to do a one-time performance of the Trio album (by Dolly Parton, Emmylou Harris, and Linda Ronstadt). The collaboration continued however, out of a mutual delight in singing and arranging songs.
Named after the willie nelson album, the RHS bring a staggering knowledge of classic country, Traditional American, old Irish and progressive songwriting to the table. At their core, Clare Guebert & Maureen Sullivan take the lead with their amazing vocal harmonies. Add in piano,drums and tons of strings from Brian Sullivan, Dan Sullivan, Tim Sullivan (yes, that's four Sullivan siblings), TomCoryell, and Brian Wiegert and you have a true down-home honkeytonk family band!
