Noctrane: progressive bluegrass ensemble Michael Lich (banjo), Jeff Sanders (guitar and voice) and Michael Simmons (cello)
Noctrane explores the dynamic rhythms and sonic landscapes of bluegrass, jazz and roots music. The ensembles broad influences include Earl Skruggs, Thelonious Monk, Pat Metheny and J.S. Bach. Their performances are a blend of exciting original compositions and bluegrass favorites.
