Firefly Music Presents Collin Raye!
For those of you lucky enough to attend last year's concert with Collin Raye and Bryan White, you know what a special show it was, and what incredible music was played. Get ready for the return of Collin Raye to Blue Ridge, in an incredibly exclusive engagement on Saturday, Nov 25th! Collin normally plays large venues like Chastain Amphitheater or the Fox Theater, but because of his special relationship with Firefly Music and Blue Ridge, he is blessing our small town with his unbelievably beautiful voice and an endless string of Number One hit songs like "Love, Me", "Little Rock", "In This Life", That's My Story", "Not That Different", "If I Were You", and so many more. In fact, Collin has brought us TWENTY-ONE top 5 singles during his storied career!
Come enjoy the music of one of the best-recognized and most beloved country musicians of the '90s. His unusual gift for giving tender treatment to often sensitive and emotional subject matter also makes him one of the best, most believable balladeers of all time. There is simply no other artist like Collin Raye, and you will never see him in a more intimate, personal setting.
Opening for Collin will be the awesomely talented Derek Andrew, who has opened for Luke Combs, Jordan Rager and Glen Templeton, and whose songs have reached #1 on the Independent Music Charts, #1 on Augusta's 100.5 fm's "Backyard Country", and #2 on 94.9 The Bull's "Backyard Country in Atlanta.
Proceeds from this concert will benefit the Good Samaritans of Fannin County, who provide who provide a Thanksgiving dinner each year for those less privileged in Blue Ridge. This is a wonderful chance for those of us who are so fortunate to share our blessings with others, all while enjoying an incredible evening of live music! Also, if you have extra jackets and/or blankets we will be collecting those as well. It's going to start getting cold again, there are lots of people who can use them, and if they're just taking up space in your closet or drawers please consider donating them to someone less fortunate.
