Tri-County Symphonic Band Concert - Giants, Cowboys and Patriots
Our 56th season begins on October 22nd with a cleverly themed concert that has nothing to do with football. Instead, Giants, Cowboys and Patriots has music that reflects these three images and includes a tribute to King Kong and Godzilla. Our soloist is Adam Frey, euphonium virtuoso who has garnered international fame with his dynamic performances:

The Cowboys (John Williams, arr. Jim Curnow)

King Kong Soundtrack Highlights (James Newton Howard, arr. Jay Bocook)

George M. Cohan Patriotic Fantasy (G.M. Cohen, arr. Ehret and Yoder)

Arlington (Where Giants Lie Sleeping) (Paul Murtha)

Gold Rush (Kyle Richards)

The Yellow Rose of Texas (Lewis Buckley), Adam Frey, euphonium

Nessun Dorma (Giacomo Puccini), Adam Frey, euphonium

Godzilla Eats Las Vegas (Eric Whitacre)
