Season Tickets 2017-2018
CHC's 2017-2018 season will be very special as the Chorale marks our 25th anniversary. To honor the occasion, Artistic Director Fred Binkholder has planned three programs of concerts that showcase special aspects of the rich and diverse programming for which he and the Chorale are known: premiers of new works by our Composer-in-Residence Kevin Siegfried, American traditional music, vocal jazz with a swinging quintet, and liturgical choral music from the Russian Orthodox tradition. Come celebrate this wonderful anniversary and achievement with us at these three special concerts!
- December 2 and 3, 2017: HOMEWARD BOUND FOR CHRISTMAS. Premiering a Christmas cantata by Kevin Siegfried. Lutheran Church of the Reformation, DC.
- March 10 and 11, 2018: THE AMERICAN SONGBOOK. David Jellema and his Quintet join CHC for a rousing program of standards. Capitol Hill Presbyterian Church, DC.
- June 2 and 3, 2018: Gretchaninoff: Passion Week, Op. 58. The Chorale returns to one of our favorite composers. Capitol Hill Presbyterian Church, DC.
Each program is performed at 7:30 on Saturday evening and 4:00 on Sunday afternoon of the concert weekend. A season ticket gives you preferred seating at either performance. We look forward to seeing you!
