Nir Felder Guitar clinic
Join world-renowned guitarist, Nir Felder (Esperanza Spaulding, Greg Osby), for an educational masterclass at Nashville's new home for live jazz, Rudy's Jazz Room. The clinic will focus on improvisation, phrasing, tone, and developing your own unique voice on the instrument.
About Nir:
Nir Felder is a jazz guitarist, composer, and songwriter. He is a graduate of the the Berklee College of Music. Outside of his own groups, he has performed with Greg Osby, Chaka Khan, Diana Krall, Esperanza Spalding, Jack DeJohnette, John Mayer and Meshell Ndegeocello. His most recent release, "Golden Age," featuring Aaron Parks, Matt Penman, and Nate Smith has received critical acclaim. Recently he was named "the next big jazz guitarist," by NPR. He is heavily influenced by both rock and jazz, and brings forth an exciting mix of accessible genre bending music.
