Making the Call: A Workshop in Craftsmanship and Relevancy of Snowpack Observations
Join us for an evening with Colin Zacharias, Canadian IFMGA mountain guide and recognized avalanche guru.  We will explore the notion of scale  how to improve slope scale decision making based on a regional scale avalanche forecast.

In addition to honing your decision making process, you'll learn techniques that improve the usefulness of the data you enter into the new FOAC GIS observers network on the nwac.us website.

Both professionals and recreational skiers/riders are encouraged to attend this session.
