William Parker's In Order To Survive is one of the highest caliber jazz bands in the world today. This very special two-night / four-set event will feature all new music each set. The luminous & brand new studio album from this group is entitled, Meditation / Resurrection, and will be released June 23 on AUM Fidelity. This groups most recent work was featured on the Wood Flute Songs box set which was universally acclaimed by fans & critics alike, achieving a 5-star "Masterpiece" review in DownBeat and chosen #1 Archive Release of the Year by The Wire.
