Blues in the City Concert Series Presents KEN EMERSON from San Francisco, along with BILLY MENDOZA, with Rob Montgomery and Friends w/ Darrell Mayes, Dameian Walsh and Steve Werbicki and Darcy Hepner. Ken and Billy both have deep roots in Hawaii, and bring to the stage a magical tropical Blues vibe with an All-Star Band.
