Speakers:
Jennifer A. Chisholm, MPH, Principal
Jennifer joined the Portland Mercer team as a lead consultant for Employee Health & Benefits. She brings to the organization extensive experience in health plan strategy and management and has worked on the carrier side in the areas of traditional medical and consumer driven plans, and managed behavioral health plans, including self-funded and fully insured products.
Jennifer has built strong client relationships across many business segments from mid-market groups to jumbo self-funded employers. Her background in project management, systems implementations, and business analysis, in addition to her knowledge of health plan operations, enables Jennifer to effectively support her clients through complex transitions and ongoing carrier relations. Jennifer is committed to her clients and passionate about helping them find the right solutions to support their business goals while supporting their employees.
Jennifer has a bachelor degree in Psychology from Boston University and a Master in Public Health from UCLA.
Randy Dickman, Principal
Randy is a principal at Mercer Employee Health & Benefits in Portland, Oregon. He is responsible for consulting within the financial services group. He has been in the industry for 33 years.
Randy has been with Mercer for 24 years. He joined Mercer in 1991, but between 2008 2010 he took a position at Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield managing their national accounts, including some of their largest Taft Hartley, union and governmental accounts.
At Mercer, he has served on the Actuarial Finance Group committee and has been a speaker at many Mercer events. Prior to 1991, he was an underwriter at Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina, Blue Shield of California and BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon.
Randy graduated from Portland State University with a BS degree in Biology. He is a licensed Life and Health agent.
