Irene Farrera and Alice DiMicele in Concert
Venezuelan singer/songwriter, Irene Farrera, returns to her former hometown for a very special evening with local favorite, Alice DiMicele. Its sure to be a night of passionate singing and percussive guitar playing when Irene and Alice hit the stage for one show only. Irene and Alice have each had many years of touring and recording success. They've toured extensively as solo performers and with their respective bands. They first sang together in the early 90s at an industry conference in the wee hours of the morning sharing tunes from Billie Holiday to Stevie Wonder to Brazilian classics. Since then theyve been big fans of each others music. This concert will feature solo, acoustic sets and a few shared songs that will capture the magic of these two powerhouse performers.
