Eilidh Steel and Mark Neal at AMC @ UCC

Eilidh Steel and Mark Neal are a Scottish fiddle, guitar and vocal duo. Performances combine many of their own tunes and songs alongside traditional Scottish music, with many influences from Argyll and the West Coast of Scotland. Eilidh -a fine example of the West Coast fiddle tradition- is a highly-respected fiddle player: "Both mature and deeply rooted in tradition" (Living Tradition). "The empathy between (Eilidh & Mark) is a thing of beauty in itself" (R2 Magazine). Their performance will take you from beautiful slow airs and haunting songs through to driving jigs and reels.
