MeenMoves premieres alternative (f)Acts, a sinuous multidisciplinary performance project choreographed and directed by company Artistic Director, Sameena Mitta. This supremely technical and idiosyncratic event features performances by Kathryn Alter, Courtney Lopes, Tyler Schnese, Connie Shiau, and Stephanie Terasaki, and live scoring by Momenta Quartet, in an exquisite rendering of Johns Book of Alleged Dances by John Adams.

alternative (f)Acts invites audience members to question what we think we know and asks us to take a fresh look at the accuracy of our instincts.

The creative team for alternative (f)Acts includes Timberlake (costume design), Jay Ryan (lighting design), Alice Hoppel (video design), and Amy Blumberg (dramaturgy).
