The Cordovas and the Levee Road Revue
"Opening for Scooter Jennings were The Cordovas, a Nashville based band that has a Midwest connection, with Des Moines own Lucca Soria on lead guitar. The best way I could describe their sound is Funky Country/Southern Rock Jam Band. Soria just smokes the fret board. Most remarkable are the soaring harmonies. These guys hit notes that would make Mariah Carey jealous. Multi talented bassist Joe Firstman also played the keyboards and six string. The highlight of their set was a 2 song tribute to the Grateful Dead, the traditional tune I Know You Rider into Truckin."
The Levee Road Revue with Denton Hatcher, Ryan Harris and Clay Parker will open.
