Perham Hall at The Old Warehouse continues to bring amazing talent to the heart of Zillah.  Join us April 30th for CMA & ACM award winning, two time Grammy nominated singer songwriter James Otto! James will be performing his hit singles, Just Got Started Lovin You, Somewhere Tonight, and Groovy Little Summer. Just to name a few.

With special guest and local favorite Angela Soffe Band.

Doors open at 6pm, space is limited.
