GoodFellas Food and Film Night
Chef Jugz is proud to present - in collaboration with Notts-based film clubs The Loft Movie Theatre and Porlock Press - an immersive evening of food and film at Rough Trade Nottingham.
The ticket price includes a screening of Martin Scorsese's gangster masterpiece GoodFellas, and a three course dinner inspired by the movie's many key scenes of social eating and Italian home cooking.
Your three courses will be served at appropriate points during the film, and the bar will be open for you to purchase drinks, including wine especially chosen by Chef Jugz to pair with the meal provided.
The movie will start at 7pm, but feel free to arrive earlier to drink in the atmosphere and talk gangsters, guns and garlic.
Menu:
Starter: Garlic & Truffle Ciabatta topped with roast aubergine, bell peppers and sweet red onions.
Main Meat option: Sicilian meatballs on top of Rigatoni in proper marinara sauce with sautéed creamed spinach and Pescara Parmesan
Main Veggie option: Quorn mince veggiballs on top of Rigatoni in proper marinara sauce with sautéed creamed spinach and Pescara Parmesan
Dessert: Ricotta pudding with almond and amoretti biscuit crumble & raspberries
