6 Week Dressmaking Course
This dress making class is ideal for someone who has intermediate dressmaking skills, you should be comfortable using a sewing machine and have made simple projects such as cushions or bags.
Key skills learned throughout this course;
Measuring, adjusting and pattern cutting
Fabric Properties & grain lines
Fitting a concealed zip
Hemming and finishing
Class sizes are kept small to ensure everyone has plenty of attention and guidance and there may be a small amount of homework required each week.
By the end of this course you will have a fabulous made to measure dress and will be able to follow a dress making pattern to make many more clothes for yourself.
