To the Ends of the Earth-
With the provincial election on our doorstep, filmmaker David Lavallee will host a screening of his award winning film, To the Ends of the Earth (narrated by Academy Award winner Emma Thompson).

The rise of extreme energy, the end of economic growth, and a new way forward. We are now going to the ends of the earth, geographically and geologically, to get our resources. Can the unconventional resources (Tarsands, fracking etc..) that are now comprising an increasing part of our energy mix do the job that conventional oil and gas once did? Is Canada making the right move by hitching itself to pipelines as a path to prosperity and jobs? Come and find out.
Following the screening will be an all candidates debate to help voters decide where they wish to cast their vote in the upcoming provincial election
Film starts at 7 pm- all candidates debate at 8 pm.
