We're excited to announce our speakers for the 2018 CoMo Christian Men's Conference:

Lee Strobel is the author of the best-selling book, The Case for Christ, and subject of the 2017
film by the same name that details his conversion to Christianity. His recent release, The Case
for Grace, just won the 2016 Nonfiction Book of the Year from the EPCA. For the last twenty-
five years, his life's work has been to share the evidence that supports the truth and claims of
Christianity and to equip believers to share their faith with the people they know and love. Lee
earned his Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri. He was a journalist for
fourteen years at The Chicago Tribune and other newspapers.

Dr. Robert Lewis will make an encore performance at the 2018 CoMo Christian Men's
Conference five years after headlining at our inaugural conference. Dr. Lewis is the creator of
The Quest for Authentic Manhood series and the author of numerous books including Raising a
Modern Day Knight. Dr. Lewis is also the creator of 33:The Series, a curriculum that is currently
being used in thousands of churches and men's groups across this country.

Scott Sauls is the Senior Pastor of Christ Presbyterian Church in Nashville, Tennessee.
Previously, Scott was a lead and preaching pastor for Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New
York City, where he worked alongside Dr. Timothy Keller. He has also planted churches in
Kansas City and St. Louis, and is a frequent speaker at conferences, leadership retreats, and to
university students. Formative experiences have included being an athlete, living in a global
city, and suffering through a season of anxiety and depression. In his free time you might find
Scott relaxing with people or a book, strumming his Gibson J-45, hiking, enjoying live music,
or cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and North Carolina Tar Heels. Scott has authored three
books: Jesus Outside the Lines, Befriend, and From Weakness to Strength. Scott also blogs weekly
on this website and is active on social media.

Brad Smith is a former NFL Wide Receiver and Mizzou Standout. Smith graduated from
Mizzou in 2005 and played for the New York Jets, Buffalo Bills and ended his NFL career with
the Philadelphia Eagles.

J'den Cox is a three time NCAA wrestling champion for the University of Missouri and a
Bronze Medalist from last years Olympics in Rio. A native of Columbia, Mo, Jden is not shy
about his faith and frequently performs with the worship choir at his local church. While
continuing to train for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, Cox works as an assistant volunteer coach
for Mizzous wrestling program.

Important Information for 2017 Conference Ticket Holders:

DETAILS: The conference is being held Saturday, January 20, 2018  at The Crossing church located at 3615 Southland Drive in Columbia. Doors will open at 7:30 a.m.  Auditorium will open for seating at 8:00 a.m. This event is likely to be completely SOLD OUT.  There is no reserved seating for this event. Seating in the auditorium will be available on a first come, first served basis.

BRING YOUR TICKETS: Please bring your paper ticket or printed receipt that was sent to you from our ticket vendor, "Brown Paper Tickets." Present your ticket to the ticket takers as you enter the church.   Please allow extra time to complete the registration process.

BRING TWO PENS: You'll want to take notes at this conference and pens will not be provided this year. Bring a pen for yourself and one for the guy next to you who always forgets to bring a pen!

MEN ONLY: This event has been planned exclusively as an event for MEN.  While we absolutely love women, we ask that you please respect this request.  The dynamic of this conference has been designed to reach men on a very candid level in an environment where they can be authentic, transparent and emotionally vulnerable.  As iron sharpens iron, one man sharpens another.  Thanks for your understanding of this request.

RAIN OR SHINE: This event will be held regardless of weather or any other unforeseen natural disaster!  Please check the event website (www.CoMoChristian.com) on the morning of the event for the absolute final word.

LEAVE PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN YOUR CAR: There will not be a coat-check available at the church. Every seat in the auditorium will be occupied by a human being. For your comfort and the comfort of those around you, please leave coats, jackets, hats, umbrellas, etc. in your car.

RESTRICTIONS: Due to copyright restrictions, this event may not be videotaped or recorded without express written consent of the coordinator. Cell phone use is strictly prohibited. Attendees caught using a cell phone during the conference will be subject to arrest, deportation and public humiliation!

BRING MONEY: There will be opportunities at this conference to purchase books published by our speakers and to contribute to our scholarship fund for men who would not normally have the financial resources to attend the conference.  If you think you may be interested in either of these opportunities, please be sure to bring cash or a checkbook as we will not be able to accept credit cards at this event. Donations to our scholarship fund can be made payable to the CoMo Christian Men's Coalition.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: A box lunch consisting of a turkey, ham or roast beef sandwich, cookie and chips will be provided to all attendees. Due to the volume of men who will be served lunch in a short period of time, we are unable to accommodate most dietary restrictions.  There will be a limited number of Gluten Free lunches (Chef's Salad) available on the day of the event.  To reserve one of these lunches, you must complete the form at the link below.   All other guests with dietary restrictions are encouraged to bring their own sack lunch to the event.
