Arcus Collective @ DiMenna Center
Arcus Collective, is presenting a concert of ten newly commissioned works for two violins and trumpet paired with ten selections from Luciano Berios Duetti per Due Violini. The new works were commissioned by Arcus to celebrate the personal connections that make the musical community vibrant. The featured composers are Ashkan Behzadi, Agustí Charles, Nicoletta Chatzopoulou, Fjóla Evans, Texu Kim, Caroline Miller, Fernanda Navarro, Celeste Oram, Kristofer Svensson, and Sam Wells.
Arcus Collective is comprised of violinists Maya Bennardo and Marc Charles, and trumpeter/composer Sam Wells.
