Bourbon, Bacon & Bluegrass
Wine or beer not your thing? No problem! Leave it to the team at URBAN and folks at Heaven Hill Distilleries to craft a two-night tribute to a Kentucky-based favorite, bourbon! Featuring small batch, limited-release, premium brand bourbons: Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage Bourbon, Bernheim Original Wheat Whiskey, Rittenhouse Straight Rye Whisky, Parker's Heritage Collection and the Whiskey Advocate magazine named "American Whiskey of the Year," Elijah Craig 20 Year Old Single Barrel. John Walls (Heaven Hill, Brand Manager) will be in the Enoteca sharing bourbon distilling history, tasting notes and other tidbits, alongside Live Bluegrass tunes.
Executive Chef Chris Opsata has been devilishly scheming on a wild menu that pairs these rich bourbons to an equally indulgent food...bacon. How can something so sinful, be so darn good? Three words: Bacon. Maple. Marshmallow. If that isn't enough, kick back to the tunes of Ben Hunter & Friends for bit a bluegrass or a post-tasting cigar in Club 4130.
