How to Fight Now, vol.2
For this installment, we will be screening Adama; an hour long verité-style doc which follows the story of Adama Bah, a 16-year-old Muslim girl growing up in Harlem, who was detained by the FBI after she was accused of being a potential suicide bomber. Adama and filmmaker David Felix Sutcliffe will be present and participate in a Q+A following the film. Will also show a short doc 10 min doc excerpt on the Black Panthers and Young Patriots from American Revolution 2 which highlights community involvement and mutual support.
Suggested $20 donation at the door, all funds collected will be donated directly to MPower Change.
