Quality control and coordination of specifications is key to preparing a truly comprehensive and conflict free set of contract documents. Specifications control quality, process, methods, and materials, which are the critical quality elements of construction documents. Coordination is one of the primary quality control failures in the industry today. Specifications are the primary quality control tool for construction administration and must be coordinated at the same level and intensity of any discipline.
