Bach Festival Faculty Concert: Vocal & Instrumental Music of JS Bach and Vivaldi
Musical Offering faculty artists Victoria Holland, soprano; Caroline Pittman, flute; Veronica Nettles, cello; and Rick Ferguson, piano, present an evening of vocal and instrumental music as part of our annual Bach Festival.
Program includes Bach's Sonata for Flute and Keyboard in E-Flat Major, Solo Cello Suite in D Minor, "Ich folge dir gleichfalls" for soprano, flute and continuo from the St. John Passion and the G Minor Gamba Suite.
Also on the program will be Vivaldi's cantata "All'ombra di sospetto".
