Painted Mandolin,
Painted Mandolin, a Jerry Garcia traditional bluegrass tribute band will be playing old Garcia favorites, songs of the Grateful Dead and traditional songs with Joe Craven, who used to play with Garcia. Dan Frechette and Laurel Thomsen will be opening with their unique blend of beautiful harmonies and infectious audience repertoire. This will be a benefit for Cedar Johnson, wife of Rich "Sundance" Owens, as we celebrate Rich's life with him passing on into the spirit world recently. Come out and listen to a very special show with some amazing musicians as we help out a sister and honor a special man that has passed on.
