"Alchemist's Dream" is dedicated to the group's founding bassist, the late Chris Sprague, and features original jazz compositions by Mark and Don. The album will be performed live in its entirety. Tracks include the evocative "Fog of Ancient Memory," the playful "Forest Ave. at 4pm," the cerebral "Hold the Phone!" the contemplative "Inner Tundra," and six other tunes. This debut CD for Les Sorciers Perdus was recorded at Acadia Recording Co. by Todd Hutchison and mastered by Bob Ludwig at Gateway Mastering.
