Knitty Barn Session: R. Ring
So, when one of your heroes knocks on your cyber-door, and with a total absence of pomposity, asks to come play music and maybe do some knitting in your Shitty Barn, what do you say? Well, I don't know what you would have done, but I said yes. I said HELL YES. And so
On 10/26, Kelley Deal (The Breeders, Kelley Deal 6000) and Mike Montgomery (Thistle, Ampline and Tiberius Records), who perform together as R.Ring, will come and play songs from their new album "Fall Out and Fire". And Kelley might just knit a little. And I'm not really sure what that means just yet, and that's one of the things I think is most awesome.
