From Broadway to the Met
7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, and 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24; St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Portland.
Celebrating the 200th anniversary of the births of both Richard Wagner and Giuseppe Verdi, the CAE will perform famous choruses from their operas as well as operas from Puccini and others. Then the ensemble will journey across town to give their regards to the Broadway stage with well-known choruses from favorite musicals.
