ASWAT Concert, Bay Area Arabic Music Ensemble
The Middle East Children's Alliance (MECA) presents our 3rd Annual ASWAT Concert, the Bay Area Arabic Music Ensemble. This event features stirring and celebratory Arabic music and dance, including ASWAT Women's Ensemble & Oud Ensemble, plus special solo performances for Eid. Families welcome!

Sunday, October 28, 3-5:30pm, Islamic Cultural Center of Northern California, 1433 Madison Street, downtown Oakland.

This event benefits MECA's Maia Project: Clean Water for Children in Gaza. For info, www.mecaforpeace.org,510-548-0542.

Tickets: $15 advance, $20 door, $10 low-income/students/children under 12; $50 reserved seating. No one turned away.
