One of the Fiddle's finest evenings of music was a '09 concert by Dennis Stroughmatt. Both a historian and a very fine fiddler, Dennis weaves Southern Illinois/ French Creole/ Mississippi River folk lore with songs and tunes of the time. www.creolefiddle.com
