Holy City Guitar Series: Sounds of Spain, April 2, 5pm.
Featuring classical guitarist Gregory Guay, with special guests James Anderson on violin, and Suzanne Fleming-Atwood, voice.
The program features music from Spanish composers, such as Manual De Falla and Pablo Sarasate originally for orchestra or piano but wonderfully arranged for the guitar, with violin and vocal accompinament.
Holy City Guitar Series brings performances by exceptional musicians to an audience that appreciates a listening environment with awesome acoustics. While focusing on the versatility and beauty of guitar, this series will invite a variety of musicians to collaborate with guitarists.
