Entangled Histories
The Chorale welcomes The Washington Saxophone Quartet in their first collaboration since 2009, in a program referencing complexity in art and science, including the 40-voice motet "Ecce beatam lucem" by the Renaissance composer Alessandro Striggio and "Five Mystical Songs" by Ralph Vaughan Williams. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LOCATION OF THIS CONCERT HAS CHANGED TO LUTHERAN CHURCH OF THE REFORMATION, 2ND AND EAST CAPITOL STREET NE.
