Expect a fantastic musical trip as the Santa Cruz Women of Jazz celebrate Ellas 100th birthday, taking you on a journey from swing-era classics of the 30s and 40s up through her more contemporary jazz repertoire. Interpreted by an impressive line-up of Jazz Birds featuring: Gail Cruse, Vicki Coffis and Cher Petersonalong with local divas Ann Whittington, Charmaigne Scott, Ruby Rudman, and Stella DOro. Superbly accompanying the Santa Cruz Women of Jazz are Brad Hecht, Gino Raugi, Bill Bosch, Phil Smith, and Olaf Schiappacasse.
