Peggy Lee's Echo Painting & J.P Carter (solo set)

The Echo Painting, led by Vancouver cellist/composer Peggy Lee, is comprised of some of this city's most active and interesting creative musicians.

The 10 piece ensemble covers a lot of sonic ground from lush big band sounds to Stravinsky inspired chamber music to atmospheric improvisation and a classic tune by the Band.

They made their debut at the Vancouver International Jazz Festival in June, 2016 to a packed house and are making plans to record in the new year. The musicians are:
