Pre-Season JUNIORS Beginner Derby Bootcamp With The Rat City All-Stars
At this beginner's junior (ages 12-17) derby camp we will focus developing a strong skill foundation and a deeper understanding of the game. Camp will feature on-skates sessions led by current all-star skaters as well as off-skates sessions to address cross-training and injury prevention.
Please bring a water bottle, snacks, money for lunch/dinner at a local restaurant, a notebook and pen, and all required derby gear and skates.
Date and Time: Saturday and Sunday, October 6-7, 2012 from 4 p.m. -- 7 p.m.
Cost: $65
Skating surface: Sport Court
*We will cover basic/foundational skills. However, we request that all participants are able to skate with cross-overs and to give and receive contact.
