An Anton Anthology: Anton Bruckner and Anton Rubinstein
Although they were contemporaries, these two composers compositional styles bear little resemblance to each other, with the Austrian Anton Bruckner paving the way for contemporary radicalism and the Russian Anton Rubinstein sustaining the tonalities of Schumann and Mendelssohn. This program features Bruckners Te Deum and Requiem and orchestral selections by Rubinstein
Featuring the Octavos Chamber Orchestra, and soloists Kelly Hutchinson, Ann Marie Adamick, Alexander Turpin, & Victor Klimash
