Mindi Handan - Jazz Vocals with a Country influence
This Nebraskan born, Texan raised singer grew up influenced by the sounds of Big Band Orchestras. The result is an alto singer that shows shades of Loretta Lynn and Patsy Cline combined with strong overtones of Kay Starr. Mindi has performed with Charlie Hickock and Mal Sharpe. SHe also debuted in Los Angeles with Clifford Bell at the Alley Sessions. this will be her first performance at Jazz at Pearl's
