Direct Hit is a band based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA currently signed to Fat Wreck Chords. They set up and promote parties under the Who Cares Who moniker, and publish short movies, comics, and other media on the side.
DH was founded in 2007 by singer/writer/guitarist Nick Woods, and has for most of its existence featured a large, rotating cast of collaborators and musicians. The current lineup, including drummer Danny Walkowiak, bassist Steve Maury, and guitarist/singer Devon Kay, has remained consistent since 2013.

Hailing from Appleton, TENEMENT play punk-rock similar to the more melodic side of SST spliced with the early sound of the Twin Cities. A beautiful mix of early Hüsker Düs ferocity, DINOSAUR JR's guitar soloing and distortion, and THE REPLACEMENTS youthful energy, TENEMENT stand out in a modern-era by focusing on great and original songwriting that made these other aforementioned bands so special.

Meat Wave is constantly being asked about its name, though it gets why you keep on doing it. Formed in 2011 by the trio of Chris Sutter (vocals/guitar), Joe Gac (bass), and Ryan Wizniak (drums), the three Chicago punk scene stalwarts came together and, just a year later, released its self-titled full-length, though that was never the intention.
Having signed to SideOneDummy, Meat Wave is set to release Delusion Moon, a record that works as one interlocking piece. Focusing on the lunar cycles and the concept of moon sickness, Sutter puts himself in other peoples' shoes and attempts to work through the insanity of our modern world with the band's acerbic post-punk serving as the backdrop. It's a record that's varied, versatile, and endlessly venomous, offering biting social criticism the way only Meat Wave can.
