The Northeast Premiere of Gilbert and Sullivan's first comic operetta, as reconstructed by Baker and Henty. Presented by a 20 member cast of singers and actors.
This delightful early work uses early and late music by Sullivan as well as a bit of Offenbach (since the reviews mentioned that some was used).
What happens when a troupe of actors scale Mount Olympus? Jupiter makes them an offer they cant refuse: a one-year contract to take the gods places and give them a break! Chaos is inevitable!
