French Opera Pique Nique

Dress up or dress down, but come and enjoy wonderful French music and ballet on the lawn of the magnificent garden of Kay Bullitt's home on Seattle's Capitol Hill.

This is a family-friendly event with a play area for children. Bring your own picnic lunch, wine, and a blanket or folding chairs to sit on. (60 chairs will be available if you don't have one) Enjoy your favorite arias and ballets from Carmen and other beloved French operas performed by professional singers and dancers. If you thought you didn't like opera, your mind will be changed forever!

This is a fun event where you can meet old friends and make new friends. The event is sponsored by the Seattle-Nantes Sister City Association with the support of many local French and musical organizations.
