This ensemble tools around Los Angeles in a drug- and sex-fuelled haze set to a soundtrack featuring Radiohead, Elastica, Hole, and Massive Attack. Nearly defying explanation, this final installment of the Teenage Apocalypse Trilogy is a must-see.
