In the Name of Love: Family Folk Chorale Celebrates the Music of U2
The intergenerational 65-member Family Folk Chorale, under the direction of Cris Eastburn, is presenting an energized afternoon of uplifting songs celebrating 40 years of U2 as a band. Come with the whole family, and enjoy Eastburn's unique arrangements.
Sing along with U2 favorites "Beautiful Day", "One", "Pride/In the Name of Love", "Mysterious Ways", "I Will Follow", "Still Haven't Found" and "With or Without You", as well as other special, but lesser-known gems.
Eastburn says, Having been created by one of the greatest rock bands of all time, U2's songwriting is incredibly fertile material to base a concert around. From infectiously memorable refrains, which will have the entire Family Folk Chorale and audience singing our hearts out, to beautiful sonic landscapes, recreated by our professional band, this concert has something for all generations. Be sure to grab your parents and kids and come for an uplifting participatory afternoon celebrating the music of U2!
Ticket info:
$15 general admission, $12 for children & seniors
No refunds or exchanges. Tickets will be held at will call. If you would prefer to get your tickets by mail, please email tix@familyfolkchorale.org with your request at least 10 days before the concert. The box office opens one hour before the show.
