UW-Waukesha 50th Anniversary Events: Food & Beer/Wine Tickets
Join us as we celebrate 50 years! Alumni, students, staff and the community are all invited to connect, share memories and be part of campus-wide activities. All events are free.
FOOD and Beer/Wine TICKETS (Names held at will call where you will receive your ticket)
Pay for food and Beer/Wine tickets in advance so we can plan for you.
$10 for Friday only (includes fish fry and one beverage-Beer or Wine)
$10 for Saturday only. (includes brat meal and one beverage-Beer or Wine)
$15 for Friday and Saturday
NOTE: If you do not want to purchase food/beer or wine tickets but plan to attend our events, please email wakfoundation@uwc.edu so we know you are coming to the celebration. (Cake, ice tea, lemonade & water will be provided free of charge on Friday and Saturday)
ABOUT THE 50th ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND:
FRIDAY, OCT. 21: Community Social
4-5:30 p.m., Commons
Current and retired faculty, staff, students and alumni social mixer.
5:30-7:30 p.m., Hub
Friday Fish Fry plus Live Band Karaoke lead by alumnus Mike Grassman for current and retired faculty and staff, students, alumni and the community.
7:30 p.m, Lunt-Fontanne Theatre
Campus theatre production of Neil Simon's The Good Doctor with special performances by UW-Waukesha students, retired faculty and alumni. Tickets are available for purchase at the door. Admission is free to current UW-Waukesha students, $12 adults, $10 students (and child price) & seniors over 65.
SATURDAY, OCT. 22: Beer, Brats and Big Band
2-4 p.m., Commons
Class reunions;current and retired faculty, staff, students and alumni social mixer.
4-7 p.m., Hub
Food, drink and music from Jazz Express, which was founded on the UW-Waukesha campus by alumni.
7:30 p.m., Lunt-Fontanne Theatre
Campus theatre production of Neil Simon's The Good Doctor.
Tickets are available for purchase at the door. The box office opens 1 hour before the performance.
