The Moonshine Revival Tent Presents 'The Trial of Pastor Goodson'

The Moonshine Revival Tent returns! Their latest fusion of storytelling with songs is The Trial of Pastor Goodson, about the fervent pastor of the second-smallest congregation in Rhode Island, who decides to go into the wilderness to save souls and spread the Word, but the wilderness turns out to be less receptive to his message than Pastor Goodson expected. The other half of the evening will be Sweetheart in a Chicken Coop, about a hapless young man whose careless and carefree fiancee becomes more than a little upset when he finds a different love in the form of a runaway girl who's been transformed into a chicken

Long-time fabulist and storyteller Bret Fetzer, collaborating with singers/composers Sari Breznau and Eric Padget and singers Jillian Vashro and Christine Longe, unveils their newest story-and-song, set in a American fairy-tale world thats half Appalachia/half Dust Bowl.
