Ghostbusters: Fox Theatre Film Series
Historic Fox Theatre Restorations is proud to announce the next film in its 2016 Film Series, the 1984 Action/Adventure/Comedy, Ghostbusters, presented by Centralia Ballet Academy.
Three odd-ball scientists get kicked out of their cushy positions at a university in New York City where they studied the occult. They decide to set up shop in an old firehouse and become Ghostbusters, trapping pesky ghosts, spirits, haunts, and poltergeists for money. They wise-crack their way through the city, and stumble upon a gateway to another dimension, one which will release untold evil upon the city. The Ghostbusters are called on to save the Big Apple. Rated PG.
Admission for the movie is $10 per person, $8 for members, and $25 per family (three to four persons). Showtimes on Saturday, October 1, are at 2 & 7 pm, at Centralia College CorbetTheatre in Centralia, 500 W Walnut St.
