A fantastic co-bill tonight with Scarlet Sails (whom you may remember from their show here last January in the snow!) and singer and guitarist Nina Diaz from Girl in a Coma.

Scarlet Sails is a new band featuring drummer Brian Viglione drummer for renowned American rock band, Violent Femmes, and founding member of punk-cabaret duo, The Dresden Dolls. In this case he returns to the Lizard, one of the earliest performance spaces that featured a month long residency by the then unknown Dresden Dolls.

Nina Diaz is the singer and guitarist for Girl in a Coma. She has been writing songs and performing music since she was 12. Girl in a Coma has released two full-length albums on Blackheart Records.

Brian Viglione is the drummer for renowned American rock band, Violent Femmes, and founding member of punk-cabaret duo, The Dresden Dolls. Brian collaborated with Trent Reznor on the Nine Inch Nails album, Ghosts: I-IV, which was nominated for two Grammy Awards, under the categories Best Rock Instrumental performance, and Best Boxed Set or Limited Edition Package and sold over 750,000 copies. Brian has also been featured in several theatrical settings, including the live film score for Neovoxer (2003), by director Michael Pope, The Onion Cellar (2007), hosted by Harvard University's American Repertory Theater, Addicted To Bad Ideas (2009) with The World/Inferno Friendship Society, The Master and Margarita (2012) with Botanica at Theater Dortmund.
